REFERRAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Referring a friend is a great way to tell others about Pure Rejuvenation.

 

As with all offers, there are a few rules so everyone plays fair. Here they are:

Eligibility

​

Pure Rejuvenation Clients Can...

  • Refer multiple friends – there’s no limit. Referred friends must be completely new to Pure Rejuvenation. They can’t have had a service free or paid at any time. Only have one Pure Rejuvenation account on fresha.com booking system (which must have a problem-free history) and can’t refer themselves. Sorry!

  • Tell your friends or Post the unique referral code on personal social media accounts, excluding any site that is contributed to or owned by someone else (eg Wikipedia and coupon websites). Note: search engine marketing (eg Adwords, Yahoo or Bing) or the words “coupon”, “code”, “promo code”, “discount code”, “voucher code” or “voucher” must not be used to promote posts.

Referred Friends Can...

  • Join Pure Rejuvenation as a referred friend once they have received their first service at Pure Rejuvenation. They can start referring their own friends as soon as they have a Pure Rejuvenation account on fresha.com booking system.

Let’s Talk Rewards

When referring friends, Pure Rejuvenation account holders will receive...

  • A one-time £5 gift voucher added to their account when a referred friend completes and paid for their first service.

 

Referred Friends...

  • Get £5 off their first service on their first appointment (excluding products, shipping, promotions, offers and gift vouchers) has been processed.

  • Must quote the unique referral code when booking and intake forms.

About The Refer A Friend Rewards

  • The gift vouchers and discounts have no official monetary value and can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for proper cash. Use gift vouchers as part or full payment for treatments services & baby classes. They can not be used for shipping, gift vouchers, or any retail products. New friend referral discounts must be used in a single visit.

  • Rewards last for 3 months from the first date of your friends service.

  • They can’t be transferred from person to person. So you can’t share your rewards, sorry.

What If…

  • A referred friend cancels their appointment?
    don’t worry Pure Rejuvenation will only credit any rewards  to the referring account holder for the Refer a Friend program once there friend has quoted and the service has been competed and payments received. 

  • Someone closes their account?
    For refer a friend, any leftover rewards will go back into Pure Rejuvenations piggy bank.

  • Pure Rejuvenation decides to gift a discount or make an exception to the Terms & Conditions?
    This is rare and the Terms & Conditions remain unchanged for all other instances.

  • Rules or incentives change or end?
    It’s not often, but this can happen. If it does, Pure Rejuvenation will reflect the changes here.

  • A referred friend or referring account holder has questions?
    Pure Rejuvenation will reply and any decisions made will be at Pure Rejuvenations sole discretion.
